It has become painfully obvious that the Control & Instrumentation Design field is in serious trouble. There is a critical shortage of designers and the expertise of the designer has deteriorated over the past few years. This is due to the fact that companies have been content with substandard work and have allowed subcontractors to dictate to them what they will get and in what format and to which standard, which in most cases is no standard at all. We at Paradigm Trust aim to change that and work for a company, to their standards and to the best of our abilities, steer a company away from accepting mediocre and substandard work and show them what it can be like to receive documentation of a very high standard, technically and aesthetically.

 

We also offer the capability to update a clients existing documentation to “As-built” status and assist in the upgrading of old legacy documentation to the new design software. This will enable you to keep your legacy data, but now as live documentation which is readily accessible and updatable.

 

The phases of the methodology are described as discrete phases, however the several processes are finalized in an inter-active manner.  The methodology accommodates the benefits of working in a RAD (rapid application development) scenario with event-driven processes.
